中元节

On the Ghost Festival

I thought to talk with you about water lanterns, The lyric under the night, But the mountains are empty, The stars seem to be buried in the earth, So let's talk about corns, peanuts and green soy beans. I went home the other day. Again the early autumn gives gifts. It is you who cooked them for me last year, Today you are in the Han Dynasty, Offering new rice to the ancestors, Reporting autumn harvest and thanking the earth. Let's thank the earth, Eventually I shall rely on it For rebirth too.
